Holy crap! You guys hear about this?

NEW YORK — At 9 a.m. on March 16, 2005, about 50 armed agents from the FBI, IRS, the Food and Drug Administration and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, all wearing helmets and bullet-proof jackets, descended on the headquarters of Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals in Cincinnati.

Most people have never heard of Berkeley or its controversial CEO, Steve Warshak. But many people are familiar with Berkeley’s largest brand, Enzyte, which bills itself as “the once-a-day tablet for natural male enhancement.” Enzyte is promoted heavily on late-night cable TV with commercials that feature “Smiling Bob.” In the spots, Bob grins his way through golf games and pool parties while a double-entendre-laced voiceover talks about “working with wood,” and “a big new swing of confidence.” The product itself promises “fuller, firmer erections.”

I always thought those commercials were pretty funny, but I never gave the product they sold a lot of thought. I figured it was like Viagra. Turns out it’s an herbal supplement. But check out what they claimed it could do:

Over the course of the eight-month program, your erectile chambers as well as your penis, will enlarge up to 41%”

Apparently people bought that line of crap.  Suckers are born every minute they say.

Anyway, buyer beware, right?

At least that stuff was herbal and not chemical.  I think  you’re always safer to go with  herbal supplements all around.  And as a rule of  thumb, don’t trust any company that makes wild claims, no matter how funny their commercials are.  You’re a lot better of sticking with products like ProSolution –no wild claims just good info, testimonials and straight talk about what you can expect.

Dear FMLL: I know that girls like a good looking, well groomed guy, but does that include grooming…you know…my “package”?

There are lots of opinions on how important grooming your “package” (or “ManScaping”) is for a guy. Some guys think triming the hair and such is “too gay” while others swear that the ladies love it. My take? Ladies do like a well groomed man, and they like him groomed in ALL areas.

The problem, though, is how to “groom”. Shaving the pubic area is totally different from our typical, daily shaving. Most men will choose to just trim the pubic hairs, but others will jump right in and shave.

Being shaved seems to be the wave of the future for both women and men. I defy you to pick up a Playboy or Penthouse and find a model who isn’t completely free of hair in all her areas. Now, we’re starting to see this trend in male models, as well.

If you are thinking seriously of ridding yourself of hair in that area of your body, you might want to start off just with just trimming a bit. Not only will you look better, but you won’t have to deal with the “itchiness” that can come after a close shave.

Why should you trim or shave? Primarily, it’s great for sex. Women tend to prefer men with less hair “down there”, and even find it to be a turn on.

Furthermore, your penis will actually look much bigger once you’ve trimmed or shaved the hair around it. And who doesn’t want to look bigger right where it counts?

So, should you trim or shave? I say go for it. Start with a trim first, and see how you (and your girl) like it. Chances are, you’re grooming habits will enhance your love life even more.
